Key Responsibilities
- Proactively approach and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to offer product samples.
- Articulate key product features, benefits, and preparation suggestions to potential customers.
- Set up and break down sampling stations, ensuring cleanliness, attractiveness, and adherence to all health and safety guidelines.
- Monitor product inventory at the sampling station and communicate replenishment needs.
- Collect and report customer feedback on products and sampling experience.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the products being sampled, including ingredients, allergens, and dietary information.
- Achieve daily sample distribution and sales targets where applicable.
- Represent the brand positively and professionally at all times.
- Adhere to all company and client policies regarding food handling, hygiene, and customer service.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
