Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of a variety of menu items, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen and dining areas, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Operate basic kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting patrons warmly, answering questions, and assisting with their dining needs.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Restock food items, beverages, and supplies in service areas as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service flow and a positive work environment.
