Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding parcel status, delivery schedules, and general service questions via phone, email, and chat.
  • Track and trace parcels using internal systems, providing accurate and timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, including missing, delayed, or damaged parcels, coordinating with drivers and operational teams.
  • Process customer requests for redeliveries, address changes, and special delivery instructions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and delivery issues in the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support staff or relevant departments.
  • Provide clear, concise, and professional communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with dispatch teams and delivery personnel to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly.
