Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead photographers with setting up and breaking down studio and on-location equipment, including cameras, lenses, lighting, backdrops, and props.
- Manage and organize photographic equipment, ensuring all gear is in excellent working condition, properly maintained, and securely stored.
- Provide crucial support to photographers during shoots by holding reflectors, diffusers, or lights, adjusting poses, and ensuring smooth operation.
- Perform basic photo editing and retouching tasks under supervision, utilizing industry-standard software like Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling assistance, basic client communication, precise file management, and systematic archiving of assets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio space, ensuring a professional and efficient working environment for all team members.
- Actively learn and apply various lighting techniques, camera settings, and composition principles through observation and direct instruction.
- Assist with prop sourcing, styling, and general logistical support to ensure all photo shoots are well-prepared and executed flawlessly.
- Perform quality checks on captured images to ensure they meet project specifications, brand standards, and artistic vision.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of photography principles and fundamental camera operation.
- Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced creative environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to follow instructions precisely and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and capability to lift and carry photographic equipment (up to 25 lbs) comfortably.

- Proficiency in basic computer operations and efficient file management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a photography program or relevant creative arts discipline.

- Possession of a valid G driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
