Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients, visitors, and vendors to the branch, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently, taking messages as necessary.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting room bookings.
- Provide basic information to callers and visitors about the bank's services.
- Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders when necessary to ensure adequate stock.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and operational flow.
- Adhere strictly to bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kiswahili.
