Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs) and Environmental Due Diligence (EDD) studies for various projects.
- Develop and implement sustainable environmental management systems (EMS) in accordance with ISO 14001 and other relevant standards.
- Provide expert advice on Singapore's environmental legislation, permitting requirements, and compliance issues to clients.
- Lead and contribute to carbon footprint assessments, climate risk analyses, and the development of decarbonization strategies.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, proposals, and presentations for diverse client stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with clients to identify environmental risks and opportunities, proposing effective mitigation and enhancement measures.
- Stay abreast of emerging environmental trends, technologies, and policy developments to continually enhance service offerings and client solutions.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in environmental consulting or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Singapore's environmental legislation and regulatory framework.
- Expertise in conducting EIAs, EDDs, and sustainability assessments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in project management and effective client communication.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to flexible working hours.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a closely related discipline.
