Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and ecological risk assessments.
  • Perform site inspections, fieldwork, and sampling activities (soil, water, air).
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret environmental data using scientific software and statistical methods.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects comply with local, national, and international environmental regulations and standards (e.g., German Federal Nature Conservation Act, EU Directives).
  • Develop and implement environmental management plans and sustainability strategies.
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams including engineers, urban planners, and project managers.
  • Stay abreast of emerging environmental science trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support on environmental issues to project teams and clients.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in environmental data collection and analysis.
  • Proficiency in environmental regulatory frameworks and compliance.
  • Strong technical report writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience with GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) for data visualization and spatial analysis.
