Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support for ERP system users, troubleshooting issues related to modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, HR, etc.
- Diagnose and resolve system errors, performance issues, and data discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop comprehensive user documentation, guides, and FAQs to enhance user proficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical problems or system bugs.
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of new ERP functionalities, modules, and system upgrades.
- Monitor ERP system performance and health, implementing preventative measures and routine maintenance tasks.
- Gather user feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of ERP systems and related business processes.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and system changes using a ticketing system.
- Support data migration activities and ensure data integrity and security within the ERP environment.
- Participate in project-based assignments related to ERP system enhancements and integrations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in ERP system support (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Epicor, NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of core ERP modules and their interdependencies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and basic database management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
