This full-time role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. As an ERP Support Specialist, you will be the first line of defense for all ERP-related inquiries, providing expert technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and empowering our users through comprehensive training and support. Your day-to-day will involve diving deep into system diagnostics, collaborating with various departments to understand their needs, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP system support (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of core business processes such as finance, supply chain, and operations.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
