Key Responsibilities

  • Assist estate agents with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Prepare and organize property listing documents, contracts, and other real estate-related paperwork.
  • Schedule and confirm property showings, inspections, and client appointments.
  • Create and update property listings on various real estate platforms and internal databases.
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, brochures, and virtual tours.
  • Conduct basic market research to support agents in property valuations and client advisory.
  • Maintain client databases and ensure all communication records are current and accurate.
  • Respond to general inquiries from clients and prospects, directing them to the appropriate agent.
  • Support open house events and property viewings as needed, assisting with setup and client sign-ins.
  • Handle office supplies and general office upkeep to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
