Key Responsibilities
- Assist estate agents with daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and report generation.
- Handle inbound client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Schedule and confirm property viewings, appraisals, and client meetings efficiently.
- Prepare comprehensive property brochures, engaging marketing materials, and online listings.
- Maintain and update property databases and client relationship management (CRM) systems with precision.
- Conduct accompanied property viewings for potential buyers/tenants, showcasing properties professionally.
