Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the estate premises, including perimeters, common areas, and designated checkpoints.
- Monitor and operate CCTV and other surveillance systems to identify and respond to suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Manage and control access points for residents, visitors, and vehicles, ensuring proper authorization and adherence to protocols.
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents, following established procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed daily logbooks, incident reports, and visitor records.
- Enforce estate rules and regulations, ensuring compliance from residents and visitors.
- Report any safety hazards, maintenance issues, or unusual observations to management.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist residents and visitors with inquiries or directions.
- Conduct thorough inspections of all estate facilities to ensure security integrity and operational functionality.
- Collaborate with other security personnel and estate management to enhance overall security operations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role, preferably within an estate or residential setting.
- Strong observational skills and high level of vigilance.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly.
- Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and perform duties for extended periods.
