Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Estate Surveyors in conducting property inspections and site visits.
- Gather and analyse market data for property valuations and feasibility studies.
- Prepare initial drafts of valuation reports, schedules, and other property-related documentation.
- Conduct research on land records, zoning regulations, and property ownership details.
- Maintain accurate and organised records of properties, clients, and project progress.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders under supervision.
- Learn and apply relevant surveying software and tools.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions.
- Contribute to team meetings and offer insights gained from site experiences.
