Key Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of facial and body treatments, including specialized facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and waxing.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and recommend personalized treatment plans and home care regimens.
- Educate clients on skincare best practices and professional-grade products, driving retail sales and client loyalty.
- Maintain a pristine, sterile, and organized treatment room in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage client appointments, records, and preferences accurately and discreetly.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous professional development.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless spa operations and an exceptional client experience.
- Handle client inquiries and concerns professionally and courteously.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a licensed Esthetician/Skincare Therapist (or equivalent UK qualification).
- Comprehensive knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and various skin conditions.
- Proficiency in performing diverse skincare treatments and techniques.
- Exceptional client consultation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
