Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to the highest standards.
- Empty waste bins and transport trash to designated disposal areas.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting needs to supervisors.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
- Handle cleaning chemicals in a safe and responsible manner, following manufacturer instructions.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards observed during shifts.
- Ensure all assigned areas are secured upon completion of duties.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or cleaning services (minimum 6 months).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
