Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and seat guests upon arrival, presenting menus and daily specials.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and answering questions about menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Monitor dining tables for guest needs, anticipating requests, and promptly clearing dishes.
- Process payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash/credit card transactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up and breaking down dining areas.
