Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening hours.
  • Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate and efficient resolutions.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior support agents or relevant departments when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve overall customer service processes.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English (Bilingualism mandatory for Sherbrooke).
