Key Responsibilities

- Monitor production schedules, allocate tasks, and adjust staffing levels as necessary to meet targets and deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Identify and resolve operational issues promptly, escalating complex problems to senior management when required.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Maintain accurate shift records, reports, and documentation, including incident reports and production logs.
- Collaborate with other shift supervisors and departments to ensure seamless handovers and integrated operations.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, logistics, or operational environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and efficiency principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proficiency in health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
