Key Responsibilities
- Assist Event Managers in all phases of event planning and execution, including research, venue selection, and vendor communication.
- Coordinate logistics, such as catering, audiovisual equipment, transportation, and accommodation.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and checklists to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Prepare event materials, including presentations, attendee badges, informational packets, and promotional items.
- Provide on-site support during events, assisting with setup, registration, guest services, and breakdown.
- Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining databases, processing invoices, and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Gather feedback and assist with post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during event operations.
