Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including workshops, networking events, recruitment drives, and company celebrations.
  • Manage all logistical aspects of events, from venue selection and vendor negotiation to catering and technical requirements.
  • Develop detailed event proposals, budgets, timelines, and post-event reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, HR) to ensure event objectives are met and promotional efforts are maximized.
  • Oversee on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for all attendees.
  • Source and manage relationships with external suppliers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Monitor event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of event industry trends and best practices.

Required Skills
