Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Event Coordination team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and preparing presentations.
- Assist in the research and selection of venues, vendors (caterers, audiovisual, decorators, etc.), and entertainment options.
- Help manage event budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
- Prepare and distribute event-related materials, such as invitations, agendas, name badges, and promotional collateral.
- Coordinate guest lists, manage RSVPs, and handle attendee inquiries.
- Assist with on-site event setup, registration, and breakdown, ensuring all elements run smoothly.
- Support marketing and promotional efforts for events, including social media updates and content creation.
- Maintain organized records of event details, contracts, and supplier information.
- Participate in post-event evaluations, gathering feedback and contributing to reports.
- Undertake other duties as assigned to ensure the successful execution of events.
Required Skills
