Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events tailored for international professionals and our foreign talent pool, including networking events, workshops, cultural integration sessions, and social gatherings.
- Manage all logistical aspects of events, from venue selection and booking to catering, audio-visual requirements, speaker coordination, and material preparation.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and venues.
- Create engaging promotional materials and strategies for events, collaborating with the marketing team to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Oversee event registration processes, attendee communications, and post-event feedback collection and analysis.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all event-related inquiries, providing timely and helpful assistance.
- Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to identify areas for improvement and report on key performance indicators.
- Ensure all events comply with health and safety regulations, company policies, and cultural sensitivities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, recruitment, and marketing teams to align event objectives with overall company goals.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably with an international or multicultural focus.
