Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse portfolio of events, including workshops, career fairs, networking events, and virtual seminars.
- Manage event logistics from conception to post-event evaluation, including venue selection, vendor management, budget tracking, and scheduling.
- Develop detailed event timelines, action plans, and communication strategies to ensure seamless execution.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote events effectively and maximize attendance.
- Oversee on-site event setup, registration, and attendee experience, ensuring all operational aspects run smoothly.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendors, sponsors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct post-event analysis, gather feedback, and prepare reports on event success metrics and areas for improvement.
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Handle all administrative duties related to event planning, including contract review and permit acquisition.

Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in event planning and coordination.
