Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end planning and execution of various events, including corporate meetings, community gatherings, and special functions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure necessary services and ensure timely delivery.
  • Develop and manage event timelines, checklists, and budgets under supervision.
  • Support marketing and promotional activities for events, including content creation and distribution.
  • Manage event registration processes and attendee communications.
  • Oversee on-site event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and attendee assistance.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and assist in preparing reports.
  • Maintain accurate records of all event-related documentation and communications.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and compliance regulations relevant to event management.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
