We are currently seeking a highly creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Part-Time Event Decorator to join our dynamic team based in Syokimau, Nairobi. As an Event Decorator, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and executing captivating décor setups for various events, working closely with our lead designers, project managers, and clients to ensure their vision is perfectly realized.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with lead designers and clients to understand event themes, requirements, and budgets.
- Assist in conceptualizing and developing creative decor ideas, mood boards, and design proposals.
- Source and select appropriate decorative materials, props, lighting, and floral elements.
- Prepare, assemble, and set up event decor elements at various venues.
- Ensure all decor installations are executed safely, efficiently, and according to design specifications.
- Maintain inventory of decor items and assist with storage organization.
- Dismantle decor setups post-event and ensure proper packing and transportation of materials.
- Adhere to project timelines and budget constraints.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating progress and challenges.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized workspace and storage facility.
Required Skills
- Proven creative flair and an eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Strong understanding of design principles (color theory, balance, proportion).
- Proficiency in selecting and working with various decorative materials (fabrics, flowers, lighting, props).
