Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event vision, themes, and budgetary requirements.
- Develop innovative and unique decor concepts, mood boards, and detailed proposals.
- Source and select appropriate decorative elements, including floral arrangements, lighting, linens, props, and furniture.
- Manage the logistics of decor setup, installation, and dismantling for various event sites.
- Oversee the quality and aesthetic appeal of all decorative elements, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
- Work effectively with a team of event professionals, vendors, and contractors.
- Maintain inventory of decorative items and ensure their proper storage and maintenance.
- Stay updated on current event decor trends, materials, and techniques.
- Adhere to timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Provide on-site support and adjustments during events as needed to ensure flawless execution.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in event decoration, design, or a related creative field.
