Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of event logistics, including venue setup, equipment rental, and material procurement.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and setup of event resources.
  • Manage event inventory, including tracking supplies, equipment, and promotional materials.
  • Provide on-site support during events, assisting with registration, guest flow, and general operational tasks.
  • Prepare event-related documents, schedules, and checklists to ensure all details are covered.
  • Assist in post-event activities such as dismantling, cleanup, and compiling feedback reports.
  • Handle administrative tasks related to events, including data entry, filing, and communication.
  • Collaborate with the event team to identify and resolve any logistical challenges efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during event setup and execution.

Required Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
