Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct crowd movement, ensuring efficient flow and preventing congestion.
- Provide clear, concise, and friendly assistance and information to event attendees.
- Monitor designated areas for potential hazards, suspicious activity, or breaches of safety protocols.
- Respond effectively and calmly to incidents, emergencies, or disruptions, following established procedures.
- Collaborate closely with event organizers, security personnel, and emergency services.
- Conduct pre-event checks of assigned zones, ensuring all safety equipment is in place and operational.
- Assist with entry and exit procedures, including ticket checks and bag searches when required.
- Report any issues, concerns, or incidents promptly and accurately to supervisors.
