Key Responsibilities

- Source, negotiate with, and manage a diverse range of vendors (caterers, venues, florists, entertainment, photographers, audiovisual) to ensure high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage all logistical aspects of event planning, including venue selection, layout design, guest list management, and transportation arrangements.
- Oversee on-site event execution, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring smooth operations and swift resolution of any issues.
