Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand event objectives, preferences, and budget.
- Develop creative event concepts, detailed proposals, and comprehensive budget plans for weddings and corporate events.
- Source, negotiate with, and manage a diverse network of vendors, including venues, caterers, decorators, florists, photographers, and entertainers, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Create and manage detailed event timelines, production schedules, and logistical plans.
- Design and implement event themes, decor, and overall aesthetic to align with client vision.
- Oversee all aspects of on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring smooth operations and problem resolution.
