Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial client consultations to understand event objectives, vision, and budget.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, concepts, and detailed project plans.
- Create and manage event budgets, ensuring adherence to financial parameters.
- Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venues.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects, including scheduling, transportation, catering, and entertainment.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, providing on-site management.
- Ensure all events comply with safety regulations and relevant permits.
- Provide exceptional client service, maintaining clear communication throughout the planning process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in event planning for both weddings and corporate events (minimum 4 years).
