Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence during assigned events.
- Monitor designated areas for suspicious activity, unauthorized persons, or safety hazards.
- Control access points, verify credentials, and direct guests as needed.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to security alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting guests with directions and information.
- Enforce event rules and regulations consistently and respectfully.
- Conduct regular patrols to deter potential security breaches.
- Report all incidents, suspicious activities, and completed tasks thoroughly in daily logs.
- Collaborate effectively with event staff, emergency services, and other security personnel.
- Operate basic security equipment such as two-way radios and metal detectors.
- Assist with crowd management and maintain orderly queues.
