As an Event Security Staff member, you’ll be on the front lines, playing a crucial role in maintaining a safe, secure, and friendly atmosphere for event-goers. No prior experience in security? You’ll learn crowd management techniques, incident response protocols, customer service excellence, and how to operate effectively as part of a cohesive security unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter potential security risks.
- Conduct thorough bag and personal item checks in accordance with event security policies.
- Monitor assigned areas for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or safety hazards.
- Provide clear directions and excellent customer service to event attendees, enhancing their experience.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and medical situations, coordinating with senior staff.
- Assist with crowd management and control, ensuring smooth flow and preventing overcrowding.
- Enforce event rules and regulations fairly and consistently.
- Complete incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
