Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently set up and arrange tables, chairs, staging, lighting, and audio-visual equipment according to event specifications and layouts.
  • Safely transport equipment and materials to and from event spaces, ensuring proper handling and care.
  • Assist with the decoration and aesthetic preparation of event venues, following design briefs.
  • Dismantle event setups quickly and carefully after events conclude, ensuring all items are stored correctly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of event equipment storage areas.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during setup and breakdown processes.
  • Collaborate effectively with event planners, catering staff, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Event Manager or Supervisor.

Required Skills

  • Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
