Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist event attendees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Provide clear directions and information regarding event schedules, venues, and facilities.
- Assist with setup and teardown of event spaces, including arranging furniture, signage, and equipment.
- Manage registration desks, check-in processes, and distribute event materials.
- Monitor event areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to event policies.
- Handle inquiries and resolve minor issues or direct attendees to appropriate personnel.
- Support various operational tasks as directed by event managers or supervisors.
- Maintain a positive and approachable attitude throughout the event duration.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other event stakeholders.
