Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the schedules of event staff for various client projects.
  • Communicate effectively with event staff regarding assignments, timings, and requirements.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for staff queries related to scheduling.
  • Utilise scheduling software to maintain accurate records and optimise staff allocation.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently, proposing alternative solutions.
  • Assist in maintaining a database of available staff, skills, and qualifications.
  • Collaborate with client services and operations teams to understand event staffing needs.
  • Prepare and distribute daily/weekly staff rosters and event briefs.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of scheduling processes and procedures.
