Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and greet event attendees upon arrival, providing a positive first impression.
- Efficiently direct guests to their assigned seats, designated areas, or relevant facilities.
- Provide clear and concise information regarding event schedules, programs, and venue amenities.
- Assist guests with inquiries, resolve minor issues, and provide directions with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain order and ensure a smooth flow of traffic within event spaces, preventing bottlenecks.
- Monitor event areas for cleanliness, safety hazards, and guest comfort, reporting any issues promptly.
- Collaborate effectively with event organizers, security, and other staff members to ensure seamless operations.
- Distribute programs, promotional materials, or other items as required by event management.
- Adhere strictly to event protocols, safety guidelines, and company standards of service.
- Assist with entry and exit procedures, including ticket scanning or guest list verification if necessary.
