Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide directional assistance to various event areas, including seating, restrooms, and exits.
- Verify tickets, passes, or credentials at entry points and guide guests to their designated seats or sections.
- Provide accurate information about the event schedule, facilities, and any special instructions.
- Manage crowd flow and ensure orderly movement of attendees, especially during peak times.
- Enforce event rules and regulations professionally and respectfully, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
- Monitor assigned areas for potential issues, security concerns, or medical emergencies, and report them promptly to supervisors.
- Assist guests with special needs or accessibility requirements, ensuring an inclusive experience.
- Distribute programs, promotional materials, or other event-related items as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including collecting litter and reporting maintenance needs.
