Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information about the event schedule, facilities, and any special instructions.
  • Manage crowd flow and ensure orderly movement of attendees, especially during peak times.
  • Enforce event rules and regulations professionally and respectfully, ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
  • Monitor assigned areas for potential issues, security concerns, or medical emergencies, and report them promptly to supervisors.
  • Assist guests with special needs or accessibility requirements, ensuring an inclusive experience.
  • Distribute programs, promotional materials, or other event-related items as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including collecting litter and reporting maintenance needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with other event staff, security personnel, and vendors to ensure seamless event operations.
