Key Responsibilities

  • Verify tickets, invitations, or registration details accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide clear directions and guide attendees to their seats, sections, or specific event areas.
  • Distribute programs, informational materials, or other event-related items.
  • Answer guest questions regarding event schedules, facilities, and general information with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, ensuring smooth flow of traffic and adherence to security protocols.
  • Assist attendees with special needs, including accessibility requirements.
  • Resolve minor conflicts or issues that may arise among guests in a calm and respectful manner.
  • Report any security concerns, medical emergencies, or unusual incidents to the event management team immediately.
  • Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the event space before, during, and after events.
  • Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and assist in guiding guests during evacuations if necessary.
