Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements as needed.
- Present menus, answer questions regarding menu items, and make recommendations.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, relaying them promptly to the kitchen or bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and gracefully, adhering to all service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and address any concerns promptly and courteously.
- Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout the event space.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown, including arranging tables, chairs, and decor.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for guests and colleagues.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, and other service personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle payment transactions accurately, if required, and process cash or credit card payments.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold a high standard of personal hygiene at all times.
