Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee examination sessions to ensure fairness, security, and strict adherence to established rules and regulations.
  • Accurately distribute and collect examination papers, answer booklets, and supplementary materials.
  • Verify candidate identities by checking identification documents and ensure candidates are seated according to seating plans.
  • Provide clear, concise instructions to candidates at the start and during examinations.
  • Maintain a quiet, disciplined, and conducive environment throughout the examination period.
  • Monitor candidates vigilantly for any instances of malpractice, cheating, or rule violations.
  • Report any irregularities, incidents, or suspected breaches of examination rules to the lead invigilator or supervisor promptly.
  • Ensure all examination materials are securely handled, accounted for, and stored before and after each session.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and emergency procedures in the examination venue.
  • Assist candidates with legitimate queries while maintaining fairness to all.
