Key Responsibilities
- Oversee examination sessions to ensure fairness, security, and strict adherence to established rules and regulations.
- Accurately distribute and collect examination papers, answer booklets, and supplementary materials.
- Verify candidate identities by checking identification documents and ensure candidates are seated according to seating plans.
- Provide clear, concise instructions to candidates at the start and during examinations.
- Maintain a quiet, disciplined, and conducive environment throughout the examination period.
- Monitor candidates vigilantly for any instances of malpractice, cheating, or rule violations.
- Report any irregularities, incidents, or suspected breaches of examination rules to the lead invigilator or supervisor promptly.
- Ensure all examination materials are securely handled, accounted for, and stored before and after each session.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and emergency procedures in the examination venue.
- Assist candidates with legitimate queries while maintaining fairness to all.
