Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistical planning, room setup, and catering.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing communications as appropriate.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or summaries as needed by executives, ensuring information is presented clearly.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, invoices, and expense reports, maintaining meticulous records.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents and adherence to data protection standards.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism at all times.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing mail, and ensuring office tidiness and operational efficiency.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned, demonstrating flexibility, a proactive approach, and a willingness to learn new tasks.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) at an intermediate level or higher.
