Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up on action items.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries professionally.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintenance of confidential files and information.
