Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents for internal and external audiences.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Act as a liaison between the executive office and other departments, as well as external clients and partners.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as requested by the management team.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring the executive office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and special projects.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar management support role.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Superior organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
