Key Responsibilities
- Execute safe, timely, and comfortable transportation for senior executives and VIP clients to various destinations, including meetings, airport transfers, and corporate events.
- Maintain the assigned company vehicle in immaculate condition, performing daily cleanliness checks and ensuring regular servicing and maintenance appointments are adhered to.
- Strictly comply with all national and state traffic laws, company driving policies, and advanced safety protocols.
- Strategically plan and execute the most efficient routes, utilizing advanced GPS navigation systems and real-time traffic updates to minimize travel time and avoid delays.
- Offer courteous and professional assistance to passengers, including handling luggage and ensuring their comfort throughout the journey.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive logbooks for all journeys, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance activities.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle daily to confirm its roadworthiness, identifying and reporting any potential mechanical or safety issues promptly.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality regarding all executive movements, appointments, and sensitive discussions.
- Ensure all vehicle documentation, including registration, insurance, and roadworthiness certificates, are current and readily accessible.
- Demonstrate flexibility and availability for work outside standard hours, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends, as dictated by executive schedules.
Required Skills
- Valid Nigerian Driver's License (Class E or G) with an impeccable and verifiable clean driving record.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven professional driving experience, with a significant portion dedicated to executive or VIP transportation.
- Exceptional knowledge of Lagos State road networks, traffic patterns, and alternative routes, with specific expertise in Ikorodu, Ebute, and surrounding areas.
