Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the floor team, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to operational standards.
- Lead, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Monitor team performance against key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Address and resolve operational issues, client inquiries, and employee concerns promptly and effectively.

- Facilitate training sessions for new hires and ongoing professional development for existing staff.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement new operational procedures and policies.
