Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings effectively.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents to high standards.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and mail, with professionalism.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives, managing all logistics.
  • Assist with budget management, expense tracking, and reporting.
  • Facilitate office supplies ordering and inventory management to ensure seamless operations.
