As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the leadership teams of prominent organizations, working on high-impact searches across various sectors. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation and strategy development to candidate sourcing, assessment, presentation, and offer negotiation. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end executive search assignments from client brief to successful placement.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to identify passive and active executive candidates.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor landscapes, and talent pools.
  • Source, screen, and assess executive candidates through various channels, including networking, direct outreach, and database mining.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present qualified candidate shortlists to clients, providing detailed assessments and market insights.
  • Facilitate interview processes, manage candidate expectations, and provide timely feedback.
  • Advise clients on compensation packages, market benchmarks, and offer negotiation strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and senior-level candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and expansion of client portfolio.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing executive candidates across diverse industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment methodologies.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with international executive search mandates.
  • Certification in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Fluency in additional regional languages.
  • Existing network of executive-level contacts in Singapore.
