Key Responsibilities
- Review and process employee expense reports for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and guidelines.
- Verify receipts and supporting documentation for all reported expenses.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding expense report submissions, policy clarifications, and necessary corrections.
- Assist in the reconciliation of corporate credit card statements and related transactions.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all expense reports and supporting documentation.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in expense reporting promptly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of expense reporting processes and systems.
- Participate in month-end close activities related to expense accruals and reporting.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative and financial tasks as assigned by the finance team.
