Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machinery according to production specifications and safety guidelines.
  • Load raw materials into machines and ensure a continuous and uninterrupted material flow.
  • Perform meticulous quality checks on extruded products to ensure they meet all required standards and specifications.
  • Adjust machine controls and parameters as needed to maintain product quality, optimize operational efficiency, and minimize waste.
  • Conduct routine preventative maintenance and thorough cleaning of extrusion equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues promptly and report complex problems to maintenance personnel for resolution.
  • Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols, policies, and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to achieve production targets and foster a positive work culture.
  • Accurately complete production logs, quality control documentation, and other required reports.

Required Skills
